• Organization (optional): your company, school or group name if booking for an organization.
• What's the occasion?: the type of event (trade show, party, school, shoot, corporate, or other).
• Event date (optional): the date you need the robot.
• Where is it?: the city, venue or location of your event.
• Tell us about it: notes on your event, venue details and what you have in mind.

We also measure a timing value (the number of milliseconds between when the form renders and when you submit it). This helps us filter out automated spam scripts.

How we use your information

Your enquiry is delivered directly by email to the RentaRobo team. We use these details solely to respond to your message, check handler availability, and provide a price quote.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties or marketing lists. We do not use your information for automated marketing campaigns.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set tracking cookies, advertising beacons, or analytics scripts.

The only external asset loaded is typography from Google Fonts, which serves font files over a standard HTTPS request.

Data retention and deletion

Your details are retained in our team's email inbox for correspondence regarding your booking. If you would like your enquiry or contact details deleted, simply reply to our email asking for deletion, and we will promptly remove your correspondence.
